Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (Monday - Friday, excluding holidays). You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been shipped.

Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number. You can track your package at any time using the tracking link provided.
Shipping Restrictions
We currently ship to all 50 US states. International shipping is available to select countries — rates and delivery times vary by destination.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue and send a replacement or issue a refund.
P.O. Boxes & APO/FPO
We ship to P.O. Boxes and military addresses (APO/FPO). Please allow additional time for delivery to these addresses.
